To register on property rights, you must complete a registration form and attach a copy of a paid tax receipt or a copy of your deed for your city property.
Per T.C.A. 2-2-107: you must own fifty (50) percent of the property in question. If a husband and wife own fifty (50%) percent together, then only one, either the husband or the wife, may register to vote on the piece of property.
You may register by mail or in person at the Election Commission Office located in the Health Department Building in Dandridge. Our office hours are Monday Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
