DESCRIPTION:The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2025, in the Jefferson County Courthouse. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments from the public on the following proposed resolutions to rezone property:\n\nRezoning resolution- A-1 to C-2 property located at 1262 Highway 113, White Pine by David Flynn (map 039 parcel 025.00)\nRezoning resolution- A-1 to C-2 property located at 1359 Deep Springs Road, Dandridge by Mullins Enterprises Co., Inc. (map 074 a portion of parcel 017.00) -12.636 acres\nRezoning resolution- A-1 to C-2 property located at Highway 25-70E, Dandridge by David Flynn (map 059 a portion of parcel 069.03)- 3.65 acres\nRezoning resolution- A-1 to R-1 property located at 3254 Blue Springs Road, Strawberry Plains by Jordan Pierce (map 053 parcel 077.01)- 1.25 acres\n\nThree copies of the proposed resolution will be available at the zoning office during normal business hours for public review.\n
