Notice of Public Hearing: Proposed Amendment to Zoning Resolution

The Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, October 20, 2025, in the Jefferson County Courthouse. The purpose of this hearing will be to hear comments from the public on the following proposed resolution to rezone property:

• Rezoning resolution- A-1 to C-2 property located on Highway 139, Dandridge by Kimberly S. Kuney and Juan E. Valladares (map 082 parcels 063.08 and 063.11)- 5.56 acres
• Rezoning resolution- A-1 to C-2 property located at Old AJ Hwy E/Rocktown Road, Jefferson City by JB Investments/Anthony Johnston (Map 015 a portion of 037.00)- 3 acres

Three copies of the proposed resolution will be available at the zoning office during normal business hours for public review.
