NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN to all Committee Members, County Commissioners, Jefferson County Residents, and all others who may be interested that the following meetings will meet in regular, open, and public session:

Budget Committee

• Monday, June 24 at 6:15 PM – Public Hearing on the County’s intent to exceed the certified (tax neutral) property tax rate.
• Monday, June 24 at 6:15 PM – For the purpose of receiving citizen comment on the intent to consider a resolution to levy a tax rate on all taxable property within Jefferson County boundaries.
  • NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any citizen upon five (5) days’ written request shall have the right to appear and state their views on the proposed budget for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 2025.
