NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – For the expansion of the existing Class III/Class IV landfill (disposal of construction and demolition debris) operated by Jefferson County Sanitation, 650 Grove Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. The proposed expansion will increase the usable area by approximately 4.5 acres, all within the property currently owned by Jefferson County. The purpose of the hearing is to collect input and answer questions from the general public regarding the proposed expansion. The hearing will be held at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W. Main Street, Dandridge, TN on December 14, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. local time.
